AOA+ Career Fair | Friday, June 19
The AOA+ Career Fair is a great opportunity for optometry students and new doctors to meet with prospective employers and organizations, and learn about the countless career opportunities that exist throughout optometry.

The AOA+ Career Fair is open to all optometry students and new doctors in attendace at Optometry's Meeting and will take place on Friday, June 19, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., in the Eye Care Square Exhibit Hall.
To help students navigate the experience, attendees will receive an AOA+ Passport card that guides them to participating employers eager to engage with future doctors of optometry. As students move through the exhibit hall, the passport helps identify career opportunities, encourages conversations with employers and highlights organizations offering potential job and residency pathways.

AOA+ Residency Summit | Friday, June 19
The AOA+ Residency Summit provides you face-to-face time with residency directors from schools and colleges of optometry across North America. This interactive summit is designed to help you explore post-graduate training options with numerous opportunities for you to ask questions, learn about program structures, clinical focus areas and application timelines, as well as gain firsthand insight to determine whether an optometric residency is the right path for your career goal.
Interested in optometric residencies? Then make sure you also attend the Residency Panel and Forum, 9 a.m. to noon, Friday, June 19. This session brings together ODs who have pursued residency training to share insights into their experiences across a variety of practice settings. Through a moderated panel discussion and open forum, attendees have a chance to hear about the value of residency training, career pathways and other lessons learned, while also having the opportunity to ask questions and engage in meaningful dialogue about post-graduate opportunities.
