The AOA and AOSA work tirelessly to keep attendee costs affordable at Optometry’s Meeting®. To keep registration fees low, we ask that you support Optometry’s Meeting® by booking rooms in AOA-contracted hotels, utilizing the Optometry’s Meeting® housing bureau. Please secure a room in the Optometry’s Meeting® room block by following the hotel reservation instructions provided to you online.
The AOA must guarantee a pre-determined number of hotel sleeping rooms many years in advance. This booking arrangement allows us the opportunity to earn incentives that make Optometry’s Meeting® possible and affordable. Please help your associations by staying at one of the contracted hotels.

Reservation Dates to Note:
- Reservations will be accepted based on availability until May 30
- Changes to hotel reservations may be made online until May 30
- Cancellations received on or prior to May 13 will not be charged
- Cancellations received after May 13 will be charged a $250 cancellation fee
- Cancellations made after June 4 must be made directly with the hotel and may be charged an additional fee by the hotel
