Hotel Information

Stay in the AOA Room Block

The AOA has reserved a group of rooms (the AOA room block) for Optometry's Meeting®. Hotel rooms reserved for our attendees are taken off the general market and held for our attendees' exclusive use many years in advance. If these rooms are not filled by the date of the meeting, the AOA and AOSA are required to pay attrition fees for the rooms that are held and not used. Over the long-term, these penalties will result in decreased programming, loss of meeting space, and increased fees. Please help your associations by staying at one of the following hotels.

Single $199* + tax
Double $199* + tax
Triple $219* + tax
Quad $219* + tax
*A $10 per night resort fee is not included in the above rates
