Paraoptometric Registration Information

As anyone who has attended Optometry’s Meeting® in the past knows, it is the best value meeting in the industry. That will continue to be the case in 2009 at National Harbor, just outside of Washington, DC. The number of free educational hours, quality networking opportunities, unparalleled trade show floor, and social events ensure an enhanced experience.

AOA and AOSA Members – utilize Optometry’s Meeting® housing bureau and be entered to win complimentary base registration and your hotel stay at the 2009 Optometry’s Meeting®. Winner to be drawn April 2, 2009 (just after the early bird registration deadline) and will be contacted by the AOA. Winner will receive complimentary base registration and up to four complimentary nights at an official 2009 Optometry’s Meeting® hotel.

AOA and AOSA work tirelessly to keep attendee costs affordable at Optometry’s Meeting®. So that we may continue to keep registration fees low, we ask that you support Optometry’s Meeting® by booking rooms in the AOA-contracted hotels, utilizing AOA’s housing bureau.

AOA must guarantee a pre-determined number of hotel sleeping rooms many years in advance. This booking arrangement allows us the opportunity to earn free meeting space and other incentives that make Optometry’s Meeting® possible and affordable.
