Here’s what’s included in your registration!
Included with all ophthalmic professionals’ and their guests’ registrations are the following complimentary functions and premiums. A function ticket is not required (unless otherwise noted) for these complimentary functions; however, a name badge is required for admittance.

Optometry’s Meeting™ registration materials—name badge, continuing education and social function tickets, and other information— will be mailed under separate cover prior to Optometry’s Meeting™. It is your responsibility to bring your registration materials with you. There is a $25 fee to reprint lost or forgotten registration materials.

AOSA Conference attendees will receive registration packets on-site at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. AOSA registration packets will not be mailed.

Please note that the Saturday night Presidential Celebration,with Jay Leno will be a registerable event, so you must register for function 0380 to receive a function ticket in order to attend Saturday night’s festivities.

Function tickets will be generated for all other social functions and continuing education courses for which you register. A charge will be assessed for the replacement of any lost or forgotten tickets. Course tickets are non-transferable, but may be exchanged on-site for another course or function of equal or lesser value. Exchanges cannot be made after the function has taken place. Refunds will not be made for any differences in cost when an exchange is made. Any additional cost mustbe paid at the time the exchange is made.
