In 2013 we introduced an inclusive registration fee structure, and because you liked it, we’re continuing it this year. One low price includes education, admittance to the Exhibit Hall, and Optometry’s Meeting® events such as the Opening General Session, Varilux® Optometry Student BowlTM, and Celebration of Optometry.

Register early – the earlier you register, the more you save! Online registration is preferred; however, you may complete and fax/mail the registration form available  here. Registration cannot be accepted via phone or email. On-site registration will be available Wednesday, June 25 – Saturday, June 28 in AOA Central at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Access to all educational sessions, exhibits, events, and any additional programs will only be available to registered and badged attendees.

Registration Cancellation Policy

A refund of registration fees, less a $50 per person administrative charge, will be granted if your written request is postmarked on or prior to May 16, 2014. No refunds will be given after the May 16 deadline. All refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment.

Cancellation requests will not be processed by phone.

Liability

The AOA reserves the right to cancel Optometry’s Meeting®, or any part of the meeting, due to unforeseen circumstances or to limit enrollments, should attendance exceed capacity. Costs incurred, such as airline or hotel penalties, are the responsibility of the individual.

Physician Payment Sunshine Act

The Open Payment/Physician Sunshine Act, § 6002 of the Affordable Care Act (P.L. 111-148) (2010) requires drug and device manufacturers to report attendance registration information for any Optometry’s Meeting® 2014 continuing education courses and/or meals or other items of value which are supported (in whole or in part) by grant funding from such companies. The AOA will help sponsors comply with the Sunshine Act by collecting information they need to know about optometrists who attend the meeting.
